Why did you choose digital design and web development?

Simply put; it's just always made sense to me.

I was always an artsy kid and was drawn to art and was fascinated with technology. I found that I had a natural talent for being able to bridge those seemly opposite ideas and enjoyed the challenge so it made perfect sense to pursue digital art.

How do you approach new projects?

I like to ask a lot of questions! I want to get a good picture of the goal and or intended message. I also like to ask if there is anything to avoid. From there, I begin sketching and knocking out initial thoughts!

What are your favorite projects to work on?

I really like any projects where I can learn something new or work on something that will really help people with strong collaboration. But specifically I most like working with data and making confusing or unclear content much easier to digest.

How would you describe your artistic and design style?

I would say my professional style is alternative modern. Very clean lines based on a grid system and articulate to direct visual flow.
My artistic style is the opposite; intentionally messy and random expressing feeling rather than pure logic.

Why is fall and spooky season the best time of year?

So many reasons! The weather is cooling down we can start to wear cozy clothes and drink warm drinks. Halloween is the best holiday because it's the one time of the year when we get to dress up and celebrate the alternative.

What are you working on now?

I am so glad you asked! I am pivoting to a more front end development & UI/UX focus. I really love making technology easier to use and understand. plus I enjoy the learning journey even though sometimes It feels like I'm just banging my head against a wall.
